Question:

This gas cap appears to be like mine. But there is no metal undercap on it nor do I see the white plastic thing. My model is 921032 Ser# 104215. I purchased this used. Do you think I am missing parts. My gas cap is cracked and the metal locking cap keeps separating from the gas cap when I remove it to fuel it up.
